"Cleaning Your Window"

This has a great message.

If the Savior stood beside me (YW)

This version is SO PRETTY. My miamaid class and I are all going to sing this in Sacrament Meeting in April. I'm going to be playing that EXACT SAME sheet music the organist is playing. I'm so excited!! We've only practiced once, but we sound AWESOME.

Coming Up Next...

For a devotional for Seminary,
I'm gonna do mine on ENDURANCE.
I decided I'm gonna do a little craft to give to my fellow students:)
I'm gonna get a plastic baggy and put the following in it:
  • Rubber Band
  • Eraser
  • Penny
  • String
  • Marble
  • Hershey Kisses
This is what my little note inside is going to say:
Endurance Kit:
Rubber Band Trials, stretch yourself beyond your limits
Eraser Prayer and repentance, “erase” all of your mistakes
Penny Scriptures, help you use good “cents”
STRING Priesthood Blessings, help tie things together when everything’s falling apart
Marble Just in case you’ve lost all of yours
Hershey Kisses To remind you that Heavenly Father loves you and wants you to succeed!
D&C 121:7-8

Later, I will post what the final project looks like:)

Sunday "Dress"

I have this really cute dress.
It's kind of like a summer dress.
But the thing is....it's too short.
It barely covers my butt:/
I decided to make it into a cute skirt instead!:)
BEFORE
Front
Back

AFTER
The top part is a tank top that is the same color as the skirt.
All I did was tuck in the top part of the dress turn it around and VOILA!!

Party Projects

My parents went to this Lover's Party our ward was doing.
The theme was "Dancing Through the Decades"
My parents decided to go as people from the 80's.
I made my dad this giant boombox!!
I added two boxes to the sides of one big box.
This is what it looks like from the back.
This is what it looks like from the front.
This is with the handle I put on top.
All I did was paint the whole thing in black.
I added giant circles for the speakers.
I used this tin I put paint in as a stencil.
I used foam paintbrushes and grey paint to make the speakers look realistic.
THE FINAL PRODUCT!!!
Isn't it great?!

Later, after my mom took a shower, I braided her hair all over so it would be crimpy later.
Here she is before she took them out.

My dad REALLY wanted a bedazzled glove like MJ.
Guess what I did??
I bedazzled a glove for him:)
